Store Credit

Do you offer local pick-up? 

Local pickup is available in Concord, NH Wednesdays 4p-6p & Saturdays 9a-11a.

At checkout, please select a date and pick-up time. You will receive an email with my direct contact when your order is ready for pick-up.

Pick-up location: 3 S. Main St - Endicott Hotel located at the corner of South Main St. & Pleasant Street Extension.

Please call when you arrive. I will meet you on Pleasant Street Extension near Vivid Hair Studio and the Kitchens and Bath store.

Parking:

  • Storrs Street Parking Garage

  • Metered angled parking available on Pleasant St. Extension.

NOTE:  The Concord Farmer's Market runs 9-12n on Saturdays; free parking is available in the Storrs Street Parking Garage (75 Storrs St, Concord, NH 03301) located across the street from Market Basket on Saturdays. 

If you are late or miss designated pick-up hours for any reason, your order will be held until the next pick-up day. If your order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be refunded to original payment method and your items will be restocked. 

How long does my order take to ship?

As soon as possible. It typically takes 1-3 business days for processing & handling your order. 

I may delay shipping orders during extreme heat to ensure products do not arrive melted! In these very rare situations, I will inform you via email. I appreciate your understanding and patience.

When will my order arrive?

The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on your location. This is an estimate as I have no control once the item is in the delivery carrier’s possession.

Please allow extra time during the busy holiday season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, weather, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. 

How do I track my package?

Tracking and insurance is included with every order. If your package does not arrive, please contact me for assistance in tracking, refunding, or replacing the order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO or international addresses at this time. We ship to US domestic addresses only.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for taxes once you receive your order. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. 

What is your return policy? 

You have 30-days from receipt of your order to request a return of eligible items or report damages or defects. Not all products are returnable; please see exceptions below. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase; return requests without a receipt will not be accepted.

Due to the nature of body care products, only products that are sold in sealed packaging are returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original unadulterated packaging.

To start a return or report an issues with your order, please complete the contact form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items and Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are accepted for orders not yet shipped and can be accomodated providing the item is in stock. If the item requested is not in stock, you will have the option to proceed with the order as-is or remove the unwanted item for a refund or store credit.

If your order has already shipped, please follow return policies and instructions.

Refunds

You will be notified once your return is received. Please allow 2 business days for processing. If your return is approved, you will be notified and receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 7-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Store Credit

Store credit can be issued in lieu of a refund. Store credit will remain valid for the life of The Crafty Salmon business. Store credit cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
